Zack Snyder’s Justice League reveals clue about the upcoming DC movies ?

*** Spoilers Ahead ***

Read ahead only if you have seen the Snyder cut of Justice League.

The epilogue of the movie, has brought back talk about one of the most horrid stories surrounding Batman, the story of Boy wonder.

Coming back to the Epilogue of Justice League.

We are transported to a barren world, surrounded by Parademons.

The remaining few characters visible are Cyborg, Flash, Mera, Batman and the JOKER.

Mera gets into an argument with Batman.

~skipping to the convo~

Mera: “Besides who have you ever loved ?” (to Batman)

Joker: “Au contraire, my little fish stick. He knows exactly what it is like to lose someone he loves.”

“You know like ah, father. A mother”

Bruce: “Be very careful with what you say next.”

Joker: “Like an adopted son.”

An adopted son.

Those who know some bits about Batman know that Batman has taken an adopted son, he is called Robin. (The leader of teen titans)

Those who have read the comics in depth know that there are at-least 4 Robins in the main story-line.

~skipping back to convo ~

Joker : “A truce bruce”

“Tear this card in half, and I am happy to discuss in any way you like, why you sent the Boy Wonder to do a man’s job.”

To do a Man’s job ?

In the comics, after the first Robin (Dick Greyson), moves ahead to become Nightwing. Batman one day while fighting crime across Gotham, comes across a young boy trying to steal tires of the Bat-mobile.

This young boy was called — “Jason Todd.”

He became the 2nd Robin. A sidekick to Batman. A son, Bruce never had.

Jason was super-athletic, and always eager to take more responsibility. He became a fan favorite. Taking up tasks to solve all alone. And this was one mistake.

On one story he ended up against. You guessed it — “The Joker”.

Though initially standing and almost beating the Joker, he eventually falls to his traps. Joker.

He tortures him, It is so horrific I don’t wanna discuss it too.

Batman tries to find them, he tries to save little Robin. Tries to save everyone alive. But not this time.

This time the Joker wins. Robin, Jason Todd dies. Right there in Batman’s arms. Just understand it is a lot of blood, and a crow bar

Joker: “How many dead eyes can you look into, before you die inside of yourself.”

Bruce: “I have been dead for a very long time.”

In my opinion it is this story that will be followed in the upcoming Batman films of the DC Universe.

I strongly believe it will be this moment that will turn “Batman doesn’t kill” of the Dark-Knight trilogy to the Armed version we have in the Justice League.

Epilogue -

Jason is brought back to life, by the League of Assasins and he becomes the one thing I want to see next on screen — “Red Hood”

::: I have skipped the part of other surrounding series like Gotham, Titans etc. There is a probability the story will merge into that, will edit the article if I get more info.
